WTF! Ok, so about a week late! Oh, Really dishing the report these two have been dating a while now…. Toya has finally gotten over ex husband, Lil Wayne, and pushing on number two.

Formerly known as Antonia Toya Carter will soon have a name change. At first all real talk thought this was simply an bogus report, but um wrong! Can you spot her engagement ring?

Toya hit NV Lounge in her hometown of New Orleans with her fiancé Memphitz of BET.  And in these pics, you can see she was rocking a hefty diamond on that ring finger of hers. But hold up! Wait there’s more, the two are publically broadcasting their love for one another:

A-Notes: The two already have matching tatts of “Love Is Pain”. Although Memphitz may not be on a high caliber compared to Wheezie, it’s nice him and Toya are happily in love.
