Spero filed her claim in a federal court in NY, according to TMZ,

In the docs, Spero claims she and Diddy — aka Sean Combs — butted heads after she informed him that she needed major hip surgery in 2008 … and then later “suffered a relapse” to an addiction to prescription medication and alcohol. According to the docs, Spero claims Diddy was “unsympathetic to her condition” — and ultimately tried to freeze her out of the company. Spero says she continued to do her work — signing new artists — but was eventually fired in March 2010 … and replaced by a woman 10-15 years younger who “lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position.” [source].

A spokesperson for Mr. Combs tells Allrealtalk.com’s source, “this is a grab for money by someone who concedes in her complaint to having had a drug relapse while on the job”.

Francesca was fired in March, in addition to being replaced by a woman 10-15 years younger. Spero says that she first met Diddy in 1988 and began working for him a decade later – during and helped him grow his company.

Shawty’s longtime girlfriend/baby mama, Ecreia Perez, was arrested Wednesday (Aug 31). Creia apparently was booked into Fulton County Jail for allegedly attempting to bring a handgun & a stun gun that resembled a cell phone into the courthouse!

Ecreia Laki Perez is being held on $6,000 bond after she was arrested Tuesday afternoon. Perez tried to enter the Fulton County Courthouse but was stopped after her bag went through the security checkpoint’s conveyor belt, a Fulton County Sheriff’s spokeswoman said.

A Fulton Sheriff’s deputy noticed the .380 gun as well as a stun gun – disguised as a mobile phone – in Perez’s bag, spokeswoman Tracy Flanagan said.

Perez told authorities she forgot she had the two weapons in her bag.

Perez was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a weapon to a public gathering, Flanagan said. Each charge carries $3,000 bond, according to jail records.

Fulton County courthouse has a history of death and destruction and takes security very seriously. Back in 2005, Brian Nichols, an inmate on trial for rape, escaped from custody and murdered the judge presiding over his trial, a court reporter, a Sheriff’s Deputy, and later a Federal agent.

Ecreia & Shawty Lo were engaged at a publicized get together back in June of this year, but Lo abruptly called off the engagement a few weeks ago.

However, Ecreia’s excuse of “I didn’t know it was in my purse” isn’t going to fly so straight with authorities. Real Talk: what in the world was this chick thinking?

New information has emerged and turns out the multi-platinum selling rapper, Clifford “TI” Harris and wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle was driving down Sunset Blvd when they allegedly performed an illegal U-turn.

“Deputies smelled a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle,” the department said. “A narcotics investigation ensued” that resulted in the arrests.

In a car that may be worth more than your house, reports indicate after being stopped by authorities, police claim they could smell marijuana. A subsequent search yielded a “small amount of pills” that police believed could be ecstasy. The unidentified pills are now being tested, while fans eagerly await the outcome.

Real Talk: After being popped for a major weapons violation back in 2007 that lead to a seven month stay in prison, I was really hoping TI was able to make a turn around. He even fell in love and got married—so what’s he doing allegedly driving around with illegal drugs in LA?

Both T.I. and Tiny were booked at the West Hollywood sheriff’s station on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, and bail was set at $10,000 each.

Deputy Jeff Gordon confirmed on Thursday morning (September 2) that both had posted bail around 4 a.m. PT and were due back in court on the charges on September 3.

At press time, Gordon said considering T.I. was allowed to post bail on the drug charge, it did not appear that the rapper’s probation from the federal charge would be impacted by Wednesday night’s arrest. Here’s what the Associated Press has to say >>

A spokesperson for T.I.’s label could not be reached for comment early Thursday morning.

According to TMZ, TI & Tiny have been arrested early this morning for alleged possession of a controlled substance. The L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over the multi-platinum selling rapper and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30PM last night.

I can’t believe this TI just got out of prison and currently on probation for federal weapons charges. The couple just got married July 30th in Miami and “Takers” which he produced is reported #1 movie right now.

T.I. and Tameka are in custody right now. Bail amount is $10,000.
